There are many server hosting plans that look good but are very expensive. After a good researh, one can easily find a cheap dedicated server that suits their pocket. Using a wireless network card and connection the site can be uploaded and maintained from anywhere over time. And using voip phone system or others like skype phone one can contact their potential clients. Though on the other hand email marketing is very effective too and free.
